Let's Get Ready To Rumble - Part II...
Okay, Mother Nature, it's time to put your 'rainmaker' and 'cold-weather' toys away... Because the Casino Speedway is ready to crank up the action this Sunday evening, May 18th. The 2008 racing season promises to be the best yet, as high-quality competitors from around the region are set to dual on the track each and every week. The Speedway features four classes of competition; WISSOTA Late Models, WISSOTA Modifieds, WISSOTA Street Stock and the Casino Speedway's very own, Casino Cruisers. Race fans should get there early as track packing starts at approximately 6 p.m. followed by the "Kid's Candy Toss" at 6:45 p.m. and finally action-packed racing at 7 p.m...
Race fans will also notice a major improvement for 2008 at the track in the All-New Concession Stand... Yes, the "old shed" has been replaced by a modern state of the art "food shack". Stay tuned... another possible added feature sometime this summer will be a larger driver pit area and more Casino Speedway fan parking to the south of the track...
The Casino Speedway has held the line on inflation, as once again the admission prices are the same as the last racing season... Adults $8.00; Students (ages 8-13) $3.00; and Ages 7 & under are FREE with a paid adult.
So get ready fans... the racing action at the Casino Speedway commences this Sunday evening. It's time to rumble at the "House of Speed"...
*Driver note: The pit gates will open at 2:00 pm for safety inspection and teching of race cars...
